Questions about how it works
How much does a pay monthly website cost?
Our pay monthly websites start at £149 a month on Launch, then £299 on Professional and £599 on Growth. There’s nothing to pay up front, and paying yearly gets you 2 months free.
Do I own my website?
Your domain, content, customer data and Google Business Profile are yours from day one and come with you if you leave. The design and code are licensed to you while you subscribe - that’s what lets us build it with nothing up front. You can buy it outright any time, and the price drops the longer you’ve been with us.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Every plan has a 12-month minimum, then runs month to month, so after your first year you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
How long until it’s live?
Most sites go live within 7-14 working days once we have your content.
What does “unlimited changes” mean?
Text, images, prices, opening hours, testimonials, team members, gallery jobs and menus. Up to roughly 2 hours of change work a month. New pages, layouts or features get a quote first. Never a surprise invoice.
Is the Launch plan a template?
No. Every plan, Launch included, gets a unique design built around your business. Launch is just smaller, up to 5 pages, and if you move up to Professional we’ll build the extra pages you need.
